On 27 Jan, Hwayobi and other celebrities (Wheesung, F(x) etc) graced the opening party of a boutique beauty salon, Vaira. Yobi was donning a casual cutesy dressing for this party. It has been a long while since we see Yobi attending such events. Glad to see that she does make such appearances and we get to “see” her while she is in the midst of her album recording. Hope to see more of her ^^. Our Yobi ssi is looking really lovely.

Finally, Hwayobi is in the news again. Today, Lions Media has released an official announcement that Hwayobi has signed an exclusive contract with them. Younha and Lady Collection are also managed by Lions Media. (Read news here). The artistes under them have such a lovely well- managed website. Click on their names to go to their webpage. Let’s hope for Yobi to have a lovely website of her own too, she definitely deserves one.
We hope that this move would be a great career advancement for Yobi. Hoping that she will be promoted well and would be great if the agency will constantly update fans on Yobi’s schedules and events.
Another GOOD NEWS!!! Hwayobi will be releasing an album in the first half of the year. Hence, she is in the process of working on this album. Yobi Aja!!!! We will be waiting.

O’ where is Yobi ssi ? It has been a long while since we hear from Yobi. The latest update is that she has moved to LION MEDIA (link here). Younha is managed under this agency too. I hope that with this move she will be more promoted and fans will get more infos on her schedules. Thank you to Coditv @lovinghwayobi daum fancafe for this update. Now that we get her agency address, we shall update when we get to post the special book out to her.

I’ve just got my hands on her 3rd mini album while I was in Korea. I actually purchased her CD from a town away from Seoul called Sokcho. I loveeee her pictorials for this album and below, I’ve added those photos that were not released online. Pardon my “thumb” ^^ as I didn’t get to scan the photos.
It seems that the pictorial concept is portraying on one’s departure. To pack and depart for next destination. Since we know that Yobi is moving to a new agency and I guessed she is moving on and anticipating her new life journey for 2011. Then, there was news from her that she may leave for USA, coincidentally, there’s many portrayals of USA in this album too. Whatever it may come for Yobi, the pictorial in this album does portray her departure for a new journey in life to come. We shall wait and see what’s to come from dear Yobi. Fighting Yobi !!! Happy New Year!! It has been a long while since my last update. I was in Korea for the past weeks but sadly, i was not lucky to get to watch Yobi in concert this year. Of all years, she decided not to have her annual concert this year..omona. I didn’t have much luck either to see Yobi at Younha’s concert on 26 Dec 2010. Yobi was the guest and she sang a duet with Younha, “Please take care of my boyfriend”, the song that she had written and she also sang, “Bye Bye Bye”. Younha’s song seems to be a hit in Korea as I kept hearing this song being played in some shops.

Omooo it is a sad lyric about a girl leaving a guy as he is happier with someone else but will still “take care of him” from afar.
Our special lovely book for Yobi is still in my care 🙁 as I didn’t get to retrieve any postage address to post it to Yobi. Since she has moved to a new agency, we have yet to hear any updates from her. Yobi ssi, you have been missed lots! Hope to hear from you very soon.
Nevertheless, i had a wonderful and blissful trip…Korea is a beautiful country with warmth people. To all, may all of you have a blessed and great year ahead. Fighting!!!
